Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you need to return an item, please note the following:

-You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund, exchange or credit note.

-Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

-Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue

-You'll need to cover the return postage costs.

-If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we'll happily cover the return postage costs.

-Return address is always Eluna, 91 High Street, Totnes, TQ9 5PB, Devon, United Kingdom.

-Please note refunds are only given at the manager's discretion when an in-store purchase.

-For our Christmas returns policy 2025, from the 1st of November you have an extended return window till the 31st of January, but for an online refund the 14 day policy stands.
